30-day change-of-mind returns
Return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. The item must be in resalable condition with all included accessories.
Faulty or not-as-described items
If something is faulty or not as described, we'll repair, replace or refund it in line with the Australian Consumer Law.
